| 摘 要： | 科学、规范的制度是医院高效运行的基础。本研究在梳理医院制度建设中存在问题的基础上，阐述了医院制度建设原则与方法，研究符合现代医院管理制度要求的医院内部管理制度体系框架，并结合医院实际分析医院制度体系框架建设案例，旨在为完善医院内部管理制度体系建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Scientific and standardized system is the basis of efficient operation of hospitals. On the basis of sorting out the problems existing in the construction of hospital system, this paper expounds the principles and methods of the construction of hospital system, studies the hospital internal management system framework in line with the requirements of the modern hospital management system, and gives a case of the construction of hospital system framework in combination with the hospital practice, aiming at providing reference for the construction of hospital internal management system. |
