学业自我效能感在本科护生跨专业合作学习态度与职业成熟度间的中介作用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨学业自我效能感在本科护生跨专业合作学习态度和职业成熟度之间的中介作用,为本科护生教育提供参考。方法 课题组于2021年11月-12月对某院校741名本科护生进行调查。采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 本科护生跨专业合作学习态度与学业自我效能感、职业成熟度均呈正相关(r=0.313、0.401,P均<0.01),学业自我效能感与职业成熟度呈正相关(r=0.391,P<0.01)。控制年级与护理专业认同度两个变量后,跨专业合作学习态度能正向预测学业自我效能感(β=0.327,P<0.01)和职业成熟度(β=0.251,P<0.01),学业自我效能感能正向预测职业成熟度(β=0.312,P<0.01)。学业自我效能感在本科护生跨专业合作学习态度和职业成熟度之间起到中介作用,中介效应占总效应值的28.9%。结论 学业自我效能感在本科护生跨专业合作学习态度与职业成熟度间的中介效应成立。护理教育者应积极培养本科护生跨专业合作学习态度,增强其学业自我效能感,以进一步提高其职业成熟度。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the mediating role of academic self-efficacy on interprofessional learning attitude and career maturity among nursing undergraduates so as to provide reference for undergraduate nursing students education.MethodsFrom November to December 2021, a survey on 741 undergraduate nursing students from a university was carried out.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. ResultsThere was a positive correlation between the academic self-efficacy and vocational maturity of undergraduate nursing students (r=0.313 and 0.401, all P<0.01), and the academic self-efficacy was positively correlated with vocational maturity (r=0.391, P<0.01). After controlling for grade and nursing specialty identity, inter-specialty cooperative learning attitude could positively predict academic self-efficacy (β= 0.327, P<0.01) and vocational maturity (β= 0.251, P<0.01), and academic self-efficacy could positively predict vocational maturity (β= 0.312, P<0.01). Academic self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between inter-professional cooperative learning attitude and vocational maturity, and the mediating effect accounted for 28.9% of the total effect value.Conclusion The mediating effect of academic self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students on inter-professional cooperative learning attitude and vocational maturity is valid. Nursing educators should actively cultivate the interdisciplinary cooperative learning attitude of undergraduate nursing students and enhance their academic self-efficacy so as to further improve their vocational maturity.
