消化内镜中心麻醉恢复室护理质量敏感指标体系构建

目的构建消化内镜中心麻醉恢复室护理质量敏感指标体系，为消化内镜中心麻醉护理质量监测与评价提供依据。方法通过文献回顾、半结构访谈法，基于“结构-过程-结果”三维质量评价模式，初步拟订指标，并邀请15名专家进行两轮函询，最终确定敏感指标体系。结果构建的消化内镜中心麻醉恢复室护理质量敏感指标体系包括2个结构指标、6个过程指标、3个结果指标。两轮函询专家积极系数分别为93.75%、100%；专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.89；指标重要性协调系数、计算公式合理性协调系数、资料收集方法可操作性协调系数均P＜0.01。 结论构建的消化内镜中心麻醉恢复室护理质量敏感指标体系具有一定科学性和实用性，兼具手术室内麻醉恢复室和消化内镜中心特点，可为消化内镜中心麻醉恢复室护理质量提升提供参考。

Construction of Nursing Quality Sensitive Index System in Post Anesthesia Care Unit of Digestive Endoscopy Center

ObjectiveTo construct a nursing quality sensitive index system in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of Digestive Endoscopy Center and to provide a basis for monitoring and evaluation of anesthesia nursing quality in digestive endoscopy center.MethodsThrough literature review, semi-structured interview, and based on the three-dimensional quality assessment mode of "structure-process-result", the index was preliminarily formulated, and 15 experts were invited to conduct two rounds of letter consultation, and the sensitive index system was finally determined.ResultsThe nursing quality sensitive index system in PACU in Digestive Endoscopy Center included 2 structural indexes, 6 process indexes and 3 outcome indexes. The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 93.75% and 100%, respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.89, respectively. The index importance coordination coefficient, calculation formula rationality coordination coefficient, data collection method operability coordination coefficient were all P<0.01.Conclusion The constructed nursing quality sensitivity index is scientific and practical, and has the characteristics of both the PACU in the operating room and the Digestive Endoscopy Center, which can provide a reference for improving the nursing quality of the PACU in Digestive Endoscopy Center.
