随迁老人的社会经济地位对家庭归属感的影响

目的 探讨社会经济地位对随迁老人家庭归属感的影响，并分析其路径。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法，于2021年9月至12月，采用横断面调查法，应用一般人口学资料以及随迁老人新的社会家庭环境融入状况量表中家庭归属感维度对北京市的854名随迁老人进行调查，对数据进行单因素分析、多元线性回归分析和结构方程模型分析。结果 随迁老人的家庭归属感总得分为（13.03±3.773）分。老人社会地位对家庭归属感既有直接影响也有间接影响，总效应为4.648；老人经济地位是影响家庭归属感的关键，总效应值为2.530；子女支持能够通过经济地位作用于家庭归属感，效应值为0.201。结论 随迁老人家庭归属感中等偏下水平，应及时甄别随迁老人的社会经济地位给予相应的支持，尤其是子女支持，促进老人精神心理健康。

Influence of social and economic status on family sense ofaccompanying elderly

Objective To explore the influence of social and economic status on the sense of belonging of the family of the elderly migrant following a child, and to analyze its path. Methods Random cluster sampling method was adopted, from September to December 2021, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 854 elderly migrants following their child in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by using general demographic data and the new social and family environment Integration dilemma scale. Results The total score of family belonging was 13.03±3.773. The social status of the elderly had both direct and indirect effects on the sense of family belonging, and the total effect was 4.648. The economic status of the elderly was the key to family belonging, and the total effect value was 2.530. Child support could affect family belonging through economic status, and the effect value was 0.201. Conclusion The sense of belonging of the family of the elderly migrant following the child is at the lower level. It is necessary to screen the social and economic status of the old people in time and give corresponding support, especially the support of children, to promote the mental health of the old people.
