精准激励助力医院高质量发展

在新的历史时期，国家对公立医院提出了新的要求，公立医院的高质量发展迈进崭新阶段。文章以北京大学第三医院为例，介绍了该院以绩效管理为抓手，推动医院高质量发展的实践经验。文章阐述了该院的绩效考核原则和整体思路，以及该院在工作效率考核激励、综合考核激励、增量考核激励、特殊津贴等方面的精准激励措施，并进行了成效总结及思考，以期为医院管理者提供借鉴。
