摘    要:在新的历史时期,国家对公立医院提出了新的要求,公立医院的高质量发展迈进崭新阶段。文章以北京大学第三医院为例,介绍了该院以绩效管理为抓手,推动医院高质量发展的实践经验。文章阐述了该院的绩效考核原则和整体思路,以及该院在工作效率考核激励、综合考核激励、增量考核激励、特殊津贴等方面的精准激励措施,并进行了成效总结及思考,以期为医院管理者提供借鉴。

Abstract:In the new historical period, the country proposed to the public hospitals new requirements and the high-quality development of public hospitals has entered a new stage. Taking the Peking University Third Hospital as an example, this paper introduced the practical experience of promoting the high-quality development of hospital with performance management. In order to provide reference for hospital managers, this paper expounded the principle and the general strategy of performance appraisal, as well as a series of accurate incentive measures in work efficiency assessment, comprehensive assessment,incremental assessment, special allowance, etc. Furthermore, the results were summarized and think.
