我国护理质量敏感指标研究的文献计量学分析

目的了解我国护理质量敏感指标研究现状，探讨研究热点和发展趋势，为进一步提升护理质量提供参考。方法利用CiteSpace软件在线分析功能对CNKI数据库从建库至2020年12月20日的护理质量敏感指标相关文献进行计量学和可视化分析。结果共纳入700篇文献，刊载于130种期刊上，发文量总体呈上升趋势，文献最早发表于1993年，2019年发文量最多；核心期刊发文量330篇（54.82%），文献作者共计1 730人，合作度欠佳；发文量最多的机构是中山大学附属第一医院；高频关键词为护理质量、评价指标、德尔菲法、质量指标等，高强度突现词为指标体系、评价、护理质量评价等。结论我国护理质量敏感指标研究处于快速发展阶段，但发文机构和作者间合作交流较少；护理质量敏感指标应用效果相关研究起步较晚，持续时间较短，指标体系科学性、敏感性和适用性难以得到验证；缺乏统一、规范的国家层面专科护理质量敏感指标体系；护理质量敏感指标数据收集与监测相关研究较少。

Bibliometric Analysis of the Sensitivity Index of Nursing Quality in China

ObjectiveTo learn about the research status of sensitivity index of nursing quality in China, explore the research hotspots and development trends and provide reference for further improving the nursing quality.MethodsThe online analysis function of CiteSpace software was used to conduct metrological and visual analysis on the literatures related to the sensitivity indicators of nursing quality from the establishment of CNKI database to December 20, 2020. ResultsA total of 700 studies were included and published in 130 journals. The number of articles published showed an overall upward trend. The earliest study was published in 1993, and the number of studies published was the highest in 2019. The number of core journals published was 330 (54.82%), with a total of 1 730 authors,and the degree of cooperation was not good. The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University published the most articles. The high frequency keywords were nursing quality, evaluation index, Delphi method, quality index, etc., while the high intensity words were index system, evaluation, nursing quality evaluation, etc.Conclusion Research on sensitive indicators of nursing quality in China is in the stage of rapid development, but there is little cooperation and communication between the publishing institutions and authors. Research on the application effect of sensitive indicators of nursing quality started late and lasted for a short time, so it was difficult to verify the scientific nature, sensitivity and applicability of the indicator system. It lacked of unified and standardized national sensitive index system of specialized nursing quality. Furthermore, there was few research on data collection and monitoring of sensitive indicators of nursing quality.
