采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗120例输尿管结石临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效,为输尿管结石治疗提供参考依据。方法:将240例输尿管结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各120例,其中治疗组采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石进行治疗,对照组采用体外冲击波碎石术进行治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效和并发症情况。结果:治疗组结石排净率在上段、中段、下段均明显高于对照组,首次结石排净率,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组在肾绞痛,恶心、呕吐、发热等并发症的发生率明显高于治疗组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石,治疗效果明显,创伤较小,并发症较少,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy(URL) for the treatment of ureteral stones.Methods 240 cases of ureteral calculi patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group each 120 cases.The treatment group were given the URL treatment,the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and complications.Results Stone clearance rate in the upper,middle,lower segment for the first time In the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The differences was statistically significant(P <0.01).And the renal colic,nausea,vomiting,fever and other complications in control group in was significantly higher than the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion The treatment of URL for ureteral stones is effective,less invasive,fewer complications,worthy of widespread clinical application.
