柳州市中小学生营养现况分析

目的]了解和掌握柳州市中小学生现时营养状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法]用身高标准体重法对2004年柳州市80036名中小学生进行现时营养状况评价。结果]中小学生营养不良率为35.09%,营养良好率为52.77%,营养过剩率为12.14%。女生营养不良率（40.72%）高于男生（29.49%）;中学生营养不良率（38.60%）高于小学生（30.88%）。结论]柳州市中小学生营养状况与广西平均水平仍有一定距离,提示要进一步加强营养知识宣传教育工作,采取有效的干预措施改善学生营养状况。

ANALYSIS ON THE NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF PUPILS AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN LIUZHOU

Objective]To find out and grasp the nutritional status of pupils and middle school students in Liuzhou.Methods]The nutritional status of 80 036 pupils and middle school students was evaluated by standard weight and height method.Results]Among the pupils and middle school students,the rates for malnutrition,good nutrition and overnutrition were 35.09%,52.77% and 12.14% respectively.The malnutrition rate of girls(40.72%)was higher than that of boys(29.49%),and the malnutrition rate of middle school students(38.60%)was higher than that of the pupils(30.88%).Conclusions]The nutritional status of pupils and middle school students in Liuzhou is not up to the average level of Guangxi.It's necessary to enforce the propaganda and education of nutritional knowledge and take effective measures to improve the nutritional status of students.
