牙齿感觉过敏症流体动力学说研究进展

摘    要:牙齿感觉过敏症临床较为常见,但发病机理尚不十分清楚。主要学说包括成牙本质细胞感受器学说、神经末梢直接接受刺激学说和流体动力学说,其中以流体动力学说广为接受。其基本理论为牙本质小管是有渗透性的组织,其渗透性越大,牙本质液流量越大;牙本质液的异常流动引起牙髓神经兴奋而产生痛觉;牙本质液流量与神经纤维兴奋性成正比。

Abstract:Tooth hypersensitivity is a relatively common problem experienced in clinical dental practice,but the mechanisms is not very clear.The most widely accepted theory is the so-called hydrodynamic theory of sensitivity.This theory postulates that rapid flow of the fluids within the dentinal tubules results in activation of sensory nerves in the pulp-dentinal complex.The response of the pulpal nerves is proportional to the rate of fluid flow and therefore the permeability of dentine.
