| 摘 要： | 目的 研究艾灸对糖尿病(DM)性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)的作用及其对阴茎晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响.方法 以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导DM大鼠模型,再以阿朴吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验筛选DM性ED大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、艾灸组,另设一正常对照组.艾灸组取肾俞穴、三阴交穴,以麦粒灸施治,观察艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起、血糖、阴茎晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响.结果 艾灸对DM性ED大鼠血糖有一定的改善作用;能较明显改善其阴茎勃起功能;能改善阴茎中AGEs水平.结论 艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起功能有一定作用,这种作用与艾灸改善血糖及阴茎AGEs水平有一定相关性.
