| 摘 要： | 阐述了电子文件真实性保障的概念，分析了区块链技术在电子文件真实性保障中的适用性和局限性，梳理了国内外具有代表性的应用案例，重点分析了其中4个典型应用案例的独立性、区块链类型、基础平台、共识机制和链上保存的数据及存在问题，最后提出了信息管理机构应用区块链技术保障电子文件真实性的建议。

| Abstract: | After the authenticity assurance concept of electronic records was described, the applicability and limits, the 4 typical application cases, and their independence, types of blockchain, basic platforms, consensus mechanism, data preservation and problems were analyzed by stratifying the foreign and domestic representative application cases with suggestions proposed for ensuring the authenticity of electronic records in information institutions, such as archive. |
