子宫角妊娠30例临床分析

目的 探讨子宫角妊娠的诊断和处理。方法 对我院30例子宫角妊娠患者进行回顾性分析。结果 30例子宫角妊娠中有急腹症表现的22例行手术治疗，无急腹症表现的8例进行保守治疗，均取得良好的效果。结论 B超、后穹窿穿刺和腹腔镜检查有利于早期诊断；子宫角妊娠有内出血征象时宜尽早剖腹探查；对未破裂的子宫角妊娠可在B超指引或宫腔镜下行刮宫术；对早期发现的子宫角妊娠可在充分术前准备下先尝试抗早孕药物流产。

Clinical analysis of 30 sessions of cornual pregnancy

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 30 sessions of cornual pregnancy processed in our hospital. Results Preferable efficacy was achieved in 8 sessions without acute abdominal symptoms who underwent conservative treatments as well as in 22 sessions with acute abdominal symptoms who underwent operations. Conclusions Early diagnosis is profited from B type ultrasonography, posterior fornix paracentesis and laparoscopy. Laparotomy for exploration as early as possible is necessary for cornual pregnancy cases with the omen of concealed hemorrhage. Curettage of uterus is unprohibited in the cornual pregnancy without rupture. And abortion induced by anti-first trimester pregnancy drugs is encouraged in cornual pregnancy diagnosed at prophase on the premise of adequate preoperational preparation to our experience.
