摘    要: 目的:建立新的HPLC分离测定氨苄西林及其降解产物的方法。方法:色语条件为:Nova-Pak C18色谱柱;0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH4.5)-乙腈(95:5)为流动相;检测波长为230 nm。结果:在0.24~1.20 mg·ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均回收率为100.6%(n=5),RSD=0.47%,重复进样RSD=0.06%(n=5),氨苄西林及其降解产物得到基线分离。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,适用于氨苄西林的含量浏定及其降解产物的检查。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop a new HPLC method for the isolation and determination of ampicillin and its dergadation products. METHODS: Chromatographed conditions included column:Nova Pak C18;mobile phase:0.02 mol·L-1monobasic sodium phosphate (NaH2PO4) solution (pH4.5)acetonitrile (95∶5);detection wave lengths at 230 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship over the range of 0.24~1.20 mg·ml-1,r=0.9991.The average recovery was 100.6% with RSD0.47%(n=5).The RSD for repetition was 0.06%(n=5),ampicillin and its degradation products were isolated on base line. CONCLUSION: The method was simple,rapid,accurate and can be used to assay ampicillin and its degradation prouducts.
