液基薄层细胞学在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的价值

目的：评价液基薄层细胞学检测（TCT）在宫颈病变筛查中的价值。方法：对我院应用液基细胞学检测1 400例按TBS诊断标准进行细胞病理学诊断,对诊断结果进行分析总结,其中243例行阴道镜下活检病理,诊断结果与病理组织学诊断对照。结果：TCT与阴道镜下活检病理结果符合率为鳞状上皮内低度病变（LSIL）55.56%、鳞状上皮内高度病变（HSIL）64.29%、鳞状细胞癌（SCC）80%、腺癌（AC）66.70%。结论：液基细胞学检测敏感性较高,尤其是宫颈的中、重度不典型增生检出率高,假阴性率低,用此方法进行宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查是一种高效、便捷的筛查方法。

The Value of Liquid Based Cytology at Suspicious Lesion on the Cervix

Objective：To estimate the value of liquid based cytology（TCT）at screening of suspicious lesion on the cervix. Method： Cytopathology with TCT was performed on 1 400 cases of suspicious lesion the cervix. Among 243 cases, biopsy under the vaginos cope was done. Results： Be suspicious lesion on the cervix tween Cytopathology with TCT and pathologic histology with vaginos cope, the coincidence with LSIL, HSIL, SCC, AC were 55.56 %, 64.29 %, 80 %, 66.70 % respectivelg. Concision： TCT can be a routine method of screening cancer of the cervix since high sensitivity, especially in the middle and severe atypical hyperplasia.
