宁波海港口岸核心能力建设探讨

目的探讨如何实现宁波海港口岸核心能力建设科学发展。方法运用科学发展观的理念,在分析国际国内公共卫生发生、传播趋势的基础上,立足宁波口岸开发建设实际,通过大榭港区贯彻落实《国际卫生条例(2005)》实践,对大榭港区创建国际卫生海港实践过程和取得的成绩进行阐述。结果大榭国际卫生港口的成功创建,对推动整个宁波口岸核心能力建设具有重要的现实意义。结论通过大榭口岸创建国际卫生港口经验积累,以点带面,推动整个宁波口岸核心能力的提升。

Disscussion on establishment of core capacity at Ningbo ports

Objective To find the correct method for strengthening core capacity building of Ningbo Port for implementing scientific development approach.Methods On the base of analysis of the public health situation both at home and abroad and the Ningbo Port＇s realities,through the practice of implement International Health Regulation（2005） at Daxie harbor,to make an exposition of the achievements and experiences obtained in establishing Daxie harbor into an International Sanitary Harbor by scientific development approach.Results The practice of Daxie harbor has a realistic significance for promoting the core capacity of the Ningbo ports.Conclusion Based on the experience of establishing Daxie harbor into an International Sanitary Harbor,to promote the core capacity of the whole Ningbo ports.
