| Abstract: | It's very important that medical record practitioners perform their responsibilities during lending mediacl records. If we can do well in duplicating medical records, medical disputes will be reduced and kept away, the minimum error will be isolated from our work. We are trying to illuminate this point by routine instances to expect the mutual encouragement with colleagues. |
