肝移植患者生存质量的调查与分析

目的了解和评价肝移植患者术后生存质量状况,为采取针对性护理于预对策,提高肝移植患者生存质量提供科学依据。方法采用肝癌患者生存质量量表,对94例肝移植患者于术前、术后1个月、术后3个月进行生存质量评定。结果肝移植患者术前的躯体功能、心理功能、症状/不良反应及社会功能4项的生存质量因子平均得分为3分左右,处于较低水平;术后1个月、3个月4项因子平均得分各提高2分、2.5分,与术前比较均有统计意义(P<0.001);术后患者自我健康状态得分显著高于术前(P<0.001)。结论肝移植手术可改善肝病终末期患者的生存质量;研究提示,肝移植患者术前、术后生存质量评定应作为常规护理工作,通过评价采取有针对性的护理干预,有助于提高患者的生存质量。

An Investigation of Living Quality of Patients with Hepatic Transplantation

Objective To investigate the living quality of patients with hepatic transplantation one month and three months after operation so as to provide data for implement specific nursing intervention to improve the living quality of the patients. Methods We used the living quality table to assess the living quality of the patients who underwent liver transplantation before operation and one month and three months after operation. Results The mean score of the preoperative living quality including the somatic function, mental function, symptoms/adverse reactions and social function was low ( 3 points) . The score was raised by 2 and 2. 5 points at one and three months after operation respectively, the difference was significant compared with preoperative score ( P <0. 001). The score of self-evaluation on health by the patients increased from 56 points to 80 points ( P <0.001). Conclusion Assessment of the living quality of patients with hepatic transplantation should be included in the nursing plan as a routine, and effective nursing measures should be taken to help raise the living quality of these patients.
