肝硬化及原发性肝癌血浆纤维结合蛋白的测定

测定了肝硬化在原发性肝癌血浆中纤维结合蛋白含量，结果为普遍降低，发现血浆纤维结合蛋白水平与肝脏损害的程度、病程进展及癌变有关。

Measurement of Plasma Fibroelin in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis and Primary Liver Carcinoma

The plasma Fibroelin (Fn) levels were measured in 83 cases with liver cirrhosis and primary liver carcinoma using simple diffusion test. The results showed that the plasma Fn levels decreased significantly in all cases compared with normal controls (P<0.05). In decomponsatory liver cirrhosis patients, the Fn levels were closed to that of primary liver carcinoma, but in the cases with hepatoma with out ascites were markably less these them that in patients with compensatory liver cirrhosis. The results suggested that plasma Fn levels were concerned with degree liver damage and the malignant degree of liver cancer. So of the measurment of plasma Fn combined with that of the serum AFP and abdominal B sultrasonography were very helpful to diagnosis of primary live carcinoma. It was of clinnic value to these patients with when the liver function had no significant changes while the Fn level lowered much.
