TS、TP在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义

目的 观察结直肠癌中胸苷酸合酶（TS）、胸苷磷酸化酶（TP）的表达情况及其与患者年龄、性别、分化程度、淋巴结转移及预后的关系，探讨TS、TP的临床病理学意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法及计算机图像分析法测定50例结直肠癌组织（每例术后均辅以5-FU为主的化疗）及20例正常结直肠黏膜组织中TS、TP的表达水平。结果 正常结直肠黏膜TS水平高于结直肠癌组织，结直肠癌组织中TS表达水平与患者的年龄、性别、分化程度及有否淋巴结转移无关，TS低表达组患者的预后优于TS高表达组;结直肠癌组织TP水平高于正常结直肠黏膜，淋巴结转移组TP水平高于非淋巴结转移组，TP表达水平与患者的年龄、性别、分化程度及预后无关。结论 结直肠癌组织中TS表达水平可作为患者对5-FU化疗敏感性及患者预后的判定指标;TP表达水平与肿瘤淋巴结转移相关，但不能作为患者预后的判定指标。

Expression of thymidylate synthase and thymidine phosphorylase in colorectal carcinoma and its clinicopathological significance

Objective To observe the expression of thymidylate synthase(TS)and thymidine phosphorylase(TP)in colorectal carcinoma and its relations with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.MethodsThe expression of TS and TP in 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa was assessed by immunohistochemical staining technique and computer aided imaging analysis technique.ResultsThe level of TS in normal colorectal mucosa was higher than that in colorectal carcinomas.TS expression had no correlation with age,sex,differentiation and lymph node metastases,but had a negative correlation with clinical prognosis.TP expression in colorectal carcinoma cells was markedly higher than that of normal colorectal epithelial cell.TP expression was higher in the cases with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis.TP expression had no correlation with age,sex,differentiation and prognosis.ConclusionTS expression can serve as a prognostic factor and as a 5-FU based chemotherapeutic efficacy index in patients with colorectal carcinoma.TP expression is related to lymph node metastasis,but could not be regarded as a prognostic factor.
