泰安市结核病控制项目涂阳检出率分析

目的：评价泰安市卫Ⅴ项目涂阳检出率情况，探讨提高痰检阳性率的新模式。方法：按照《痰检质控方案》，市级参比室每年对县级实验室质控2--4次，每次抽取阳性痰涂片20张，阴性涂片30张，并分析9a来的涂阳检出率情况。结果：所有质控结果的各项符合率持续高水平，1993—2001年涂阳检出率年均33．1％，1997年后控制在34．0％。38．2％范围。结论：《痰检质控方案》切实可行，实施痰检质控是提高涂阳检出率的重要手段。

Analysis on the rate of sputum smear positive in tuberculosis control project in Taian City

[Objective] To evaluate the situation of sputum smear positive rate in No.5 project of Taian medical system, and to discuss a new model to increase the rate. [Methods]According to Quality Control (QC) program of sputum examination, the city laboratory carried on quality control 2 to 4 times every year. 20 pieces of sputum smear positive and 30 negative were taken out every time to analyze the rate of smear positive in 9 years. [ Results ] Every detection rate of QC continues in high level. The yearly rate of smear positive was 33.1% in average from 1993 to 2001. It was controlled in the range of 34.0 - 38.2% since 1997. [Conclusion]QC programm of sputum examination is a feasible method, and plays an important role in increasing the rate of smear positive.
