药剂人员药物配置培训模式探讨

目的：建立并探讨药剂人员药物配置相关知识的培训模式。方法：建立标准化培训程序及培训效果评价体系,健全培训管理制度,通过培训管理组织有效运作,实施科学化、规范化培训,并在实施中不断总结和改进培训方法。结果：完成了4批35人次药剂人员培训工作,通过培训,药剂人员能够适任药物配置工作。结论：药剂人员药物配置相关知识院内培训模式符合医院实际,开辟了药剂人员药物配置知识培训模式的新思路,有一定推广、借鉴作用。

Training model of drug allocation in pharmacy staff

Objective：To establish and discuss the training model of drug allocation for pharmacy staff.Methods：To establish standardized training programs and training performance evaluation system and improve the training management system.Through standardized training and scientific implementation,training methods were improved.Results：4 batch,35 persons were trained.After training they could complete all kinds of drug allocation.Conclusion：Model of drug allocation knowledge for pharmacy staff is consistent with real hospital training,and it has opened up a new way of drug allocation knowledge,it＇s worthy of popularizing.
