| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察祛瘀缩宫汤防治药流后出血的效果。方法 :将门诊自愿接受药物流产且符合药物流产适应证而无禁忌证的早孕妇女 72例 ,随机分为治疗组 36例 ,对照组 36例 ,采用相同的服药方法和剂量进行药物流产 ,在胚胎组织排出后 ,治疗组连服去瘀缩宫汤每日 1剂 ,共 5d ;对照组口服安络血 5mg、止血敏 0 5g,tid ,共5d。结果 :治疗组在出血时间 ,出血量等方面 ,均明显优于对照组。结论 :药物流产后服用祛瘀缩宫汤 ,可缩短出血时间 ,减少出血量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effectiveness of the Quyu Suogong Tang(decoction of removing stasis and causing uterine contraction) in hemorrhage after abortion by drugs.Methods:In out-patient department 72cases of early pregnancy women volunteering to receive abortion by drugs and adapting to it and without any contraindications were divided into treating group (36cases)and contrasting group(36cases),and were given the same drugs and equal dosage to have abortion.After embryo-tissue was removed,treating group was administered Quyu Suogong Tang for five days,one dose a day,while contasting group was given 5mg adenosine and 0.5g doyenne to be taken orally for five days,three times a day.Results:The duration of hemorrhage was shorter and the bleeding volume was less in the treating group than that in the contrasting group.Conclusion:Administering Quyu Suogong Tang after abortion by drugs can shorten bleeding time and reduce bleeding volume. |
