急性脑梗死中同型半胱氨酸及其脂质代谢的检测分析

目的观察急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血脂水平,探讨Hcy及血脂水平与急性脑梗死发生的关系。方法采用测定106例急性脑梗死患者治疗前后以及100例健康者(对照组)血浆Hcy及血脂浓度。结果急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy和LDL含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001);GLU,HDL,TG,TC含量与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);急性脑梗死患者治疗后的血浆Hcy含量显著下降(P>0.05)。结论血浆同型半胱氨酸可以作为急性脑梗死的诊断和疗效观察的辅助指标。

Detection of Homocysteine and Lipid Metabolism in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the plasma homocysteine and lipid level in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to explore the significances of diagnosis and therapeutic effect.Methods Plasma homocysteine and lipid level of 100 normal subjects and 106 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients before and after treatment were detected by Biochemical analyzer.Results Plasma homocysteine and LDL level in acute cerebral infarction patient group were higher than that in control group（P 0.001）,the difference was extremely significant,Compared with the control group,the difference of GLU,HDL,TG,TC were no significant（P0.05）,the homocysteine level decreased significantly in acute cerebral infarction patients after treatment,there was significant difference（P0.001） Conclusion Hyperhomocysteine is associated with the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction,and plasma homocysteine levels can be as the aid index for the diagnosis and therapeutic observation to acute cerebral infarction.
