优质护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者康复的作用

目的研究优质护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者康复的作用。方法对我科2010年1月至2011年12月收治的35例老年急性心肌梗死患者从住院期间到出院后的家庭康复指导进行综合分析,包括心理护理、排便指导、康复指导、出院指导、用药指导等多种形式。根据老年人的心理特点,强调医护人员通过对老年患者的理解和同情,以和蔼的态度主动向患者讲解与本病有关的知识,消除患者的心理压力,配合对老年急性心肌梗死患者的治疗和康复。结果平均住院(19.5±5.8)日,全部患者均治愈或好转出院,无死亡病例。结论优质护理贯穿于老年急性心肌梗死患者整个康复过程中,通过专业护理工作使患者保持良好的心态,接受患病的现实,主动配合康复治疗,能使患者早日康复,提高老年心肌梗死患者的生活质量。

Quality Care and Rehabilitation of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To study the role of quality care for elderly patients ’rehabilitation from acute myocardial infarction.Methods a comprehensive analysis to 35 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after discharge home rehabilitation guidance from Jan,2010 to Dec,2011,including psychological care,guidance,rehabilitation guidance defecation,discharge guidance,medication guidance and other forms.According to the psychological characteristics of the elderly,emphasizing the understanding and sympathy of the medical staff to elderly patients by taking the initiative to educate patients about the disease-related knowledge,friendly attitude,eliminate mental stress,with the treatment of elderly patients.Results Average length of stay（19.5 ± 5.8） days,all patients were cured or improved and discharged and no deaths.Conclusion Quality care throughout the entire rehabilitation process of patients with acute myocardial infarction,professional care to patients to maintain a good attitude,accept the reality of the disease,and actively cooperate with the rehabilitation treatment,can make the patient a speedy recovery and improve the lives of elderly patients with myocardial infarction quality.
