下肢深静脉血栓应用64层螺旋CT血管造影诊断的临床价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影在诊断下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法我院2010年至2012年收治33例单侧下肢深静脉血栓患者,均行64层螺旋CT及彩色多普勒超声检查,对33例患者行患侧及健侧骨盆入口至踝关节全程螺旋CT扫描,总结患侧及健侧CT影像表现,同时将CT结果与彩色多普勒超声结果进行比较。结果 64层螺旋CT检查示:患者患侧下肢深静脉管径粗,与健侧比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);64层螺旋CT检测下肢深静脉血栓检出率高于彩色多普勒超声,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 64层螺旋CT血管造影对下肢深静脉血栓检出率高,值得在临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the 64-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis in value.Method In our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were treated 33 patients with unilateral deep venous thrombosis patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT and color Doppler sonography,33 patients underwent ipsilateral and contralateral pelvic inlet to the ankle throughout spiral CT scan and summarize the ipsilateral and contralateral CT image,while the CT results compare color Doppler ultrasound.Results 64-slice spiral CT examination showed: patients with lower limb deep vein diameter,with contralateral difference was statistically significant(P0.05);64-slice spiral CT detection of deep venous thrombosis detection rate in color Doppler ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion 64-slice CT angiography for the detection rate of deep venous thrombosis,worth in clinical practice.
