PCOS患者宫腔内人工授精不同促排卵方法的疗效比较

目的评估多囊卵巢综合征患者宫腔内人工授精2种不同促排卵方法的临床效果。方法将PCOS患者宫腔内人工授精59个周期分为2组:Gn组43个周期,CC+Gn16个周期,分析两组的年龄、不孕年限、排卵数、内膜厚度、类型、Gn使用剂量、Gn天数、临床妊娠率、流产率。结果两组在年龄、不孕年限、排卵数、子宫内膜厚度的、类型、临床妊娠率、流产率差异均无统计学意义,Gn组的促排天数(11.12±4.73)明显高于CC+Gn组(5.06±2.32),两组差异有统计学意义;Gn组的Gn剂量(923.84±499.57)明显高于CC+Gn组(302.34±147.14),两组差异有统计学意义。结论两组均可获得满意的临床妊娠率,但CC与Gn联合应用可减少Gn用量,减少药费支出,不失为有效安全的措施,更能为患者所接受。

Effect Comparison of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Patients with IUI of Different Methods of Promoting Ovulation

Objective Assessment of patients with PCOS intrauterine artificial insemination by husband of 2 different methods of promoting ovulation clinical effect.Methods 59 cases of PCOS patients IUI 59 cycle is divided into 2 groups： group Gn 43 cycles,group CC＋Gn16 cycles.Analysis and comparison of two groups of age,infertility duration,the number of ovulation,endometrial thickness,type,Gn dosage,Gn days,clinical pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate.Results The two groups in age,infertility duration,the number of ovulation,endometrial thickness,types,clinical pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate showed no significant differences,group Gn decorporation of stay（11.12-4.73） was significantly higher than that in CC ＋ Gn group（5.06＋2.32）,with a significant difference between two groups;group Gn Gn doses（923.84＋499.57） was significantly higher than that in CC ＋ Gn group（302.34＋147.14）,with a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The two groups can be obtained satisfactory clinical pregnancy rate,but the CC combined with Gn can reduce Gn dosage,reduce expenditures on drugs,it is effective safety measures,better for patients to accept.
