晚期卵巢癌综合治疗的分析

目的探讨两种不同手术联合化疗方案在晚期卵巢癌中的疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2010年11月于本院进行治疗的52例晚期卵巢癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各26例,对照组进行肿瘤减灭术然后进行化疗,观察组则先进行新辅助化疗后进行减灭术,然后将两组患者的手术时间、出血量、生存时间、治疗前后生存质量及血清CA125、TSGF、VEGF、CEA水平进行比较。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,生存时间长于对照组,生存质量优于对照组,血清CA125、TSGF、VEGF、CEA低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论新辅助化疗联合肿瘤减灭术对晚期卵巢癌的疗效更好,可有效改善患者生存质量及延长生存期。

Analysis on the Comprehensive Treatment of Advanced Ovarian Cancer

Objective To study the effect of different operation combined with chemotherapy methods in advanced ovarian cancer.Methods 52 patients with advanced ovarian cancer in our hospital from January 2008 to November 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomLy divided into control group and observation group with 26 cases in each group,the control group were treated with tumor cytoreductive surgery first,then given the chemotherapy,the observation group were given to the neo-adjuvant chemotherapy first,then the tumor cytoreductive surgery.Then the operation time,blood loss,survival time,quality of life,serum CA125,TSGF,VEGF and CEA before and after the treatment were compared.Results The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,blood loss was smaller than that of control group,survival time was longer than that of control group,quality of life was better than that of control group,serum CA125,TSGF,VEGF and CEA were lower than those of control group,all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy combined with operation for advanced ovarian cancer is better,and it can improve the quality of life and prolong survival time.
