小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

目的：观察小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：将我院64例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,将采用小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔治疗的34例患者作为治疗组,将仅给予常规抗心衰治疗的30例患者作为对照组,并比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.10%,对照组总有效率为76.70%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果良好,且无严重的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

The application of small doses Spironolactone combined with Metoprolol in chronic heart failure

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of using small doses Spironolactone combined with Metoprolol on the chronic heart failure.Methods： 64 chronic heart failure patients were collected and randomly divided into treatment group（34 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The treatment group was given small doses of Spironolactone combined with Metoprolol,the control group was given routine therapy in chronic heart failure,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Results： Clinical effective rates of improving chronic heart failure in treatment group and control group were 97.10% and 76.70%,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The two groups were compared,the incidence of adverse reaction had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Small doses of Spironolactone combined with Metoprolol is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and has no serious adverse reactions.
