| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨顽固性鼻出血的治疗方法。方法：回顾分析98例顽固性鼻出血患者出血易发部位及在鼻内镜下经微波热凝或小范围填塞治疗的临床资料。结果：治愈91例，有效3例，无效4例，总有效率95．9％。结论：治疗顽固性鼻出血的关键是找出出血部位。鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血针对性强，术后反应轻，痛苦小，方法简单，安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of refractory epistaxis by use of nasal endoscope.Methods:Ninety-eight cases with refractory epistaxis,who underwent nasal endoscope treatment,were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Ninety-one cases with refractory epistaxis were cured,while 3 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffective.The totally effective rate was 95.9%.Conclusion:The key of this treatment is to find out the bleeding point.This method has the advantages of simplicity,safety and effectiveness for the refractory epistaxis. |
