Abstract:The division mechanism reform in No. 1 People's Hospital, Yidu City starts from composition salary, the annual salary systemis a breakthrough. So far, position salary mechanism has been conducted comprehensively, and effectiveness gained remarkably, as a result,benefits increased socially and economically.
