基于医疗信息化的医疗质量评价现状与建议简

医院信息化的不断发展，对医疗质量的评价与促进产生了重要的影响。通过对美国IT支持的质量测量项目的介绍，分析了目前我国基于医疗信息化的医疗质量评价现状，并结合美国医疗质量测量发展的经验，提出我国应主要从建立全国性的医疗质量主管机构；建立符合国情又与国际接轨的一套完善的质量评价与改进指标体系；各类编码、数据库、知识库亟待开发与使用；质量评价是过程，质量改进是目标等方面建设医疗质量测量体系。

Medical informatization based medical quality assessment and suggestion

The continuous development of hospital information system is making important impact on medical quality assessment and promotion. Combined with the introduction of IT supported quality measure in America, the status quo of IT based medical quality assessment in China is analyzed. With the experience of the medical quality measure development on America, suggestions involve setting national level medical quality regulation institute, developing a perfect quality assessment and improvement index system which can both match national condition and integration with the world. All kinds of codes, database and knowledgebase should be developed and applied. A medical quality measure system with the process of quality assessment and goals of quality promotion needs to be established.
