参附注射液对颅脑损伤的脑保护作用实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨参附注射液对颅脑损伤的保护作用。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,制成动物模型后,空白组(n=12)与对照组(n=12)不作处理,实验组再分为3组,各12只,分别于伤后30min及12h按低(5mL/kg)、中(10mL/kg)、高(20mL/kg)剂量参附注射液给予腔腹注射,伤后24h检测脑组织Ca2+、Mg2+、兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)及内皮素(ET)含量。结果:中、低、高剂量参附组大鼠脑组织Ca2+、Mg2+、EAA、ET含量与假手术组、对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),但各组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:参附注射液可抑制颅脑损伤后脑组织Ca2+、EAA、ET的升高及Mg2+的下降,起到脑保护作用;不同剂量间无剂量效应关系。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the protective effects of shenfu injection on craniocerebral injury.Methods:60 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,which were made into rat models.Blank group(n=12) and control group(n=12) did not receive any treatment.The examination group were divided into 3 groups,which were given shenfu injection(dosager 5,10,20mL/kg) into peritoneal cavity at 30 minutes and 12 hours after injury,and at 24 hours after injury the contents of Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+),EAA and ET in brain tissue were detected.Results: Compared with the blank group and control group,the contents of Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+),EAA,ET in brain tissue in the examination groups showed significant difference(P<0.01),but within examination groups the differences in the contents were little.Conclusion: Shenfu injection can restrain increase of Ca~(2+)、EAA、 ET and restrain decline of Mg~(2+) in brain after craniocerebral injury.So it has protective effects on the injured brain,but there is no dose-response relationship.
