| 摘 要： | 目的探讨介入治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效和应用价值.方法对48例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿经阴道超声引导下囊肿穿刺、抽液、冲洗,囊内注射无水酒精作介入治疗.26例在术前、后予米非司酮25mg/d,连服6个月,称介入Ⅰ组;22例单纯介入治疗者称介入Ⅱ组.随访2年,比较两组的复发率及临床症状改善情况.结果Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组术后1年的囊肿复发率为3.84%和27.3%,2年累计复发率Ⅰ组3例(11.53%)、Ⅱ组14例(63.64%)(p＜0.01);痛经症状消失(Ⅰ组为100%,Ⅱ组为43.75%).结论卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿用超声引导下囊内穿刺介入治疗,于治疗前、后口服6个月米非司酮可提高疗效,降低复发率.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and value of interventional therapy in treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst. Methods 48patients with ovarian endometriotic cyst were treated by interventional therapy.Additional Mifepristone was taken orally by25mg/d for6months in26cases(group1)preoperatively and postoperatively,and the other22cases were treated by interventional therapy merely(group2).The recurrence rate of cyst and improvement of symptomwere compared after2year follow-up. Results The recurrence rate of cyst were3.84%and27.3%,and the accumulative recurrence rate were11.53%and63.64%respectively.There is significant difference between two groups(p<0.01). Conclusions Interventional therapy is effective for ovarian endometriotic cyst,and additional Mifepristone treatment can reduce the recurrence rate of cyst. |
