异长春花硷联合化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

 目的　观察含 NVB的联合化疗方案对晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法　对 2 8例晚期乳腺癌患者行 NVB+PDD方案化疗。结果　总有效率为 53.6% ,其中软组织转移灶有效率为 60 .0 % ,淋巴结转移灶有效率为 50 .0 % ,肺、胸膜、肝脏及骨转移灶有效率分别为 33.3%、2 5.0 %、2 0 .0 %及7.1 %。单个器官 /组织转移者有效率 69.2 % ,多个器官 /组织转移者有效率 40 %。剂量限制性毒性为骨髓抑制 ,外周静脉炎的发生亦较明显。结论　 NVB作为二线药物治疗晚期乳腺癌具有良好疗效。

Clinical Observation of the Combination Chemotherapy with NVB for Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective To observeg the effect of the combination chemotherapywith NVB for advanced breast cancer.Methods 28 cases of advanced breast cancer patients were treated with chemotherapy consisting of NVB 25mg/m2,day1 and day8,PDD 40mg day1～day3,repeated every 28 days.Results The overal1 response rate was 53.6%(15 achicved partial response).The response rate according to the targets was lymph nodes 60.0%,soft-tissue 60.0%,lung 33.3%,cavity 25.0%,liver 20.0%,bone 7.1%.The response rate of single metastatic breast cancer was 69.2%,and the response rape of multiple metastatic breast cancer was 40.0%.The dose-limiting toxicity was neutropenia (grade Ⅲ was 19.2% of patients).Peripheral phlebitis was 37.0% of patients.Conclusion The result showed NVB was an effective drug for advanced breast cancer patients as second-line treatment,and should prevent neutropenia and peripheral phlebitis.
