银针肌肉刺激疗法治疗脊椎僵硬症临床观察

目的:探讨银针肌肉刺激疗法治疗脊椎僵硬症的临床疗效。方法:将60例脊椎僵硬症患者随机分为两组。肌肉刺激组30例,采用密集银针强度刺激肌肉易触痛性运动点治疗;传统针灸组30例,采用传统原则循证取穴治疗。对比两组近期(首次治疗后2个月)、远期(随访1～1.5年后)的临床疗效。结果:肌肉刺激组的近期、远期临床疗效均优于传统针灸组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.482 1,P=0.002 1;χ2=8.124 0,P=0.004 4)。结论:银针肌肉刺激疗法治疗脊椎僵硬症疗效显著,较传统针灸治疗具有明显的优势。

Clinical observation on the curative effect of treatment on stiffness of vertebrae by muscle stimulate therapy with silver needle

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of treatment on stiffness of vertebrae by muscle stimulate therapy with silver needle. Methods：60 patients with stiffness of vertebra were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases in muscle stimulation group were administrated with muscle stimulating of easy-tenderness motor points with dense silver needles intensely, while the others in traditional acupuncture group were administrated with taking evidence-based acupuncture following traditional principles. Recent clinical effect（2 months after the first treatment） and long-term clinical effect（ after 1 - 1.5 years＇ follow-up）were compared between the 2 groups. Results：Recent and long-term clinical effect of muscle stimulation group were better than those of traditional acupuncture group. There was statistical difference in the curative effect between the 2 groups （ X^2=9. 482 1,P = 0. 002 1 ;X^2 = 8. 124 0,P = 0. 004 4 ） . Conclusion：Muscle stimulating therapy with silver needle performs well on the treatment of stiffness of vertebrae, and it achieves a distinct advantage compared with traditional acupuncture therapy.
