丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值分析

目的分析丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值。方法按住院时间,将72例急性脑梗死患者分为A组与B组。给予A组患者丹参注射液治疗,给予B组患者丹红注射液治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 A组治愈8例,显效10例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率为70.00%;B组治愈10例。显效16例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率为97.22%,B组患者的治疗效果更佳(P<0.05)。治疗前后神经功能缺损评分比较,A组患者治疗前(16.11±3.28)分,治疗后(8.63±1.27)分;B组患者治疗前(15.97±3.19)分,治疗后为(5.93±1.67)分。组内对比两组患者治疗后分值均低于治疗前,组间对比B组分值降低更多,效果更为显著(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死,临床效果更佳,更具有应用价值。

Danred Injection in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Clinical Value Analysis

Objective To analyze the clinical value of danred injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods According to the length of hospital stay, 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into group A and group B. Given danshen injection treatment group A, group B patients＇ dartred injection treatment, compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results Group A cure 8 cases, 10 cases were markedly improved, 9 cases of effective and ineffective 9 cases, the total effective rate was 70.00%; B group of 10 cases were cured, effective 9 cases, 16 cases had marked effect, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.22%, B group of better therapeutic effect （P〈0.05）. Neural function defect scale compared before and after treatment, the patients of group A （16.11±3.28） before treatment, after treatment （8.63± 1.27）; Group B patients （15.97±3.19） before treatment, after treatment for （5.93±1.67）. Compared two groups of patients in the group scores are lower than before treatment,＇after treatment between groups compared with group B score lower more; the effect is more significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Danred injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, better clinical effect, has more application value.
