摘    要:目的超临界流体萃取技术提取当归挥发油的主要成分。方法当归粉碎,取适量加入萃取釜中,用超临界梯度提取,联用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分析当归挥发油有效成分,并对其主要成分的含量进行测定。结果本次实验从当归挥发油中提取分离得到含量超过0.1%的化合物31种,其中含量最高者为Z-藁苯内酯和E-藁苯内酯,其总含量达到79.829%。结论由研究结果推测,藁本内酯很有可能是当归发挥功用的有效处。

Extraction and Analysis of Main Components Angelica Essential Oil Based on the Combination of SFE and GC-MS Technique

Abstract:Objective Extracting the main components of the angelica naphtha by supereritical fluid extraction technology. Methods Apply adequate amount of angelica in extraction kettle, extract with supercritical gradient, analyze angelica naphtha active ingredients by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technical, and then determine its main ingredient content. Results The experiment extracted and isolated 31 species of compound from angelica naphtha which content is more than 0.1%, and the highest of them are Z-chaff benzene lactone and E-chaff benzene ester which content is as high as 79.829%. Conclusion Chaffthe lactone is likely to be angelica effective parts of function.
