| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药热熨疗法对产后乳房胀痛的治疗效果。方法将76例乳房胀痛产妇随机分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=39),对照组接受传统的常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用中药热熨乳房来缓解乳房胀痛。结果两组产妇在乳房肿胀程度、疼痛分值、乳汁排出量三方面观察者结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨疗法对乳房胀痛有较好的效果,且患者感觉舒适,护理操作简便。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing therapy on the therapeutic effect of breast tenderness. Methods 40 cases of breast pain were randomly divided into control group （n=37） and maternal observer （n=39）, the control group accepted traditional routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of using Chinese medicine hot ironing breast to breast pain relief. Results Two groups of women in the breast swelling degree, pain scores, lactation flowing three observers are obviously better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine hot ironing therapy has good effect to the breast tenderness; and patients feel comfortable, nursing is easy to operate. |
