| 摘 要： | 对１０００名２０～４９岁已婚妇女对人工流产的态度进行调查，结果表明：（１）已婚妇女在孕初期、避孕失败、经济原因及母体健康受影响情况下，对人流的赞成率分别为２５１％，５３６％，２２％和１６８％；（２）已婚妇女对人流的态度不仅与妇女的年龄、教育、人均收入、童年时的居住地有关，而且和丈夫的避孕态度有关。（３）妇女对人流的态度与妇女的人流史有一定关系；大部分人流是由于缺乏适当避孕方法的意外妊娠。

Analysis of Married Women's Attitude Towards Induced Abortion and Its Affecting Factors |

| Abstract: | By an analysis of the data from the survey among a sample of 1000 women aged from 20 through 49 in Shanghai,China of 1995 showed that women's approval of abortion was 25 1% if the pregnany is in the first trimester,53 6% if the pregnancy is a result of contraceptive failure,2 2% if the family is unable to afford a child and 16 8% if the mother's health is seriously endangered by the pregnancy respectively.Using mean abortion index and regression analysis,the result indicated that women's attitude towards abortion related not only to their age,education,monthly income,residence place in childhood,but also to their husband's attitude towards contraception.The result also suggested that women's attitude towards induced abortion was associated with induced abortion experience,lack of proper use of contraceptive to a certain extent,and most cases of abortion were probably due to unexpected pregnancy. |
