| 摘 要： | 作者对10例反复发作而原因未明的晕厥患者进行了基本倾斜试验或多阶段异丙基肾上腺素倾斜试验,10例中男4、女6,平均年龄41.2岁,平均病程53.1月。6例在试验中诱发了晕厥或晕厥先兆症状,伴有血压下降及心动徐缓而确诊为血管迷走神经性晕厥,我们认为直立抬头倾斜试验对血管迷走神经性晕厥的诊断是一种有价值的检测方法。

| Abstract: | Ten consecutive patients with recurrent unexplained syncope were evalueted by use of an upright tilt testing for 25-45 minutes (with or withoat infusion of Isol in an attempt to provoke symptoms of bradycardia hypotension. There were 4 males and 6 females with a mean age of 41.2 years, and with a mean symptoms duration of 53.1 months. Syncope or presymcope occurred in two patients during the BTTT and in four patients during MITTT. Those with vasodepressor response received beta-brockers. We conclude that Upright tilt testing is useful in the diagnosis of vasovagal syncope. |
