磁共振尿路成像在上尿路梗阻诊断中的价值

目的:探讨磁共振成像尿路造影在上尿路梗阻诊断中的价值。方法:采用磁共振尿路成像(MRU)诊断上尿路梗阻36例,36例患者均行静脉尿路造影(IVU)检查。结果:36例行MRU检查的患者中,上尿路梗阻的定位诊断准确率达100%。7例输尿管结石患者中3例可显示结石上下方的尿路情况(42.86%)。结论:MRU对某些传统方法难以确定的上尿路梗阻可进行诊断,并可部分替代逆行造影,比临床上常用的B超、静脉尿路造影、逆行肾盂造影等检查具有一定的优越性。特别适用于静脉尿路造影有禁忌证和肾功能丧失的患者。

Value of magnetic resonance urography in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstruction

Objective: To evaluate the use of magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstruction. Methods: All 36 cases of upper urinary tract obstruction were diagnosed on MRU,in all patients of which the urinary tract has been unusual on intravenous urogram (IVU). Results: In 36 of the 36(100%),the urinary tract around the obstruction has been clearly visualized and in 7 of the 3(42.86%), the urinary tract around the stone has been visualized. Conclutions: The use of MRU is a better means to diagnose upper urinary tract obstruction which have been difficult to be diagnosed on conventional methods. MRU is noninvasive and free from ionzing radiation or iodinated contrast medium .It had more superior diagnostic value than ultrasound B,intravenous urography and retrograde pyelography .
