无脑损伤早产儿神经行为发育的调查分析与护理

摘    要:目的探讨无脑损伤早产儿体格、发育商、社会生活能力的发育。方法设61例无异常分娩史且头颅CT除外脑损伤的早产儿为实验组,35例正常足月顺产儿为对照组。分别对2组进行出生后6个月体格、发育商、社会生活能力调查。结果早产儿体格发育、发育商、社会生活能力均落后于对照组(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。实验组体质量、身高、头围差于对照组;实验组发育商正常者较对照组少22%;社会生活能力实验组正常以上占51%,对照组占89%。结论早产儿由于过早脱离母体,即使无脑损伤,其体格、神经行为发育仍受到影响;合理的营养及适时的早期教育值得提倡。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the development of physique, developmental quotient and social- life abilities in premature infants without brain lesion. Methods Sixty--one premature infants with normal birth history were included in the experimental group (group A), and they were diagnosed as no brain lesion with CT scan. The control group (group B) included 35 cases of full--term normal delivery. Physique, developmental quotient and social--life abilities of both groups were surveyed when they were six--months old. Results The physique, developmental quotient and social--life abilities of premature infants were worse than those in the control group( P 〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Compared with the infants in group B, worse results were recorded in weight, body length an head circumference for infants in group A. The premature infants in group A with normal level of developmental quotient were 22% less than those in group B. Premature infants with normal social--life abilities accounted for 51% of the total infants in group A, while 89%0 in group B. Conclusions Getting out of matrix too early, development of physique and neurobehavior of premature infants are still influenced even in the absence of brain lesion. Proper and adequate nutrition and early education are recommended.
