| 摘 要： | 目的验证降糖通脉无糖型颗粒降血糖的作用。方法应用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型，进行降血糖及糖耐量药效学试验。结果四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射3d后，所有试验的糖尿病小鼠的血糖含量均超过25mmol／L。连续给药21d后，各组小鼠血糖含量，模型对照组血糖明显高于空白对照组，降糖通脉各组和盐酸二甲双胍组明显低于模型对照组。结论降糖通脉无糖型颗粒降血糖的作用明显，并可提高糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量。

| Abstract: | Objective To stuay the jiangtangtongmai granule of sugar free declining the plasma glucose on the diabetes mouse. Methods Diabetes mellitus mouse models were established by alloxan injection in vena caudalis. Results Screen the diabetes model mouse with the values of plasma glucose of higher than 25 retool/ L. Continuous feeding the model mouse with jiangtangtongrnai granule of sugar free for 21 days. Results Blood glucose in the control group Was remarkably lower than that in the model control group, blood glucose in the jiangtangtongrnai granule of sugar free treated group and metformin treated group Was remarkably lower than that in the model control group. Conclusion The study suggestes that jiangtangtongmai granule of sugar free can de- crease the plasma glucose on improve the symptom of the diabetes mouse, but could increase it＇ s glucose toler- ance. |
