扁平苔藓患者血小板聚集和血液流变学研究

目的:研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)发作期、稳定期和消退期的血小板聚集和血液流变学变化,探讨OLP微循环障碍和炎症反应的机制.方法:观察65例OLP发作期、治疗后稳定期和消退期的血小板聚集和血液流变学指标的变化,与30例健康志愿者进行对照.结果:OLP发作期、治疗后稳定期和消退期的血小板聚集率(1min、3min和最大聚集)明显增强(P<0.01),全血粘度(低切、高切)、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉和红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白元等血液流变学指标均高于对照组(P<0.05).且发作期的指标高于治疗后稳定期和消退期.而红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数变化明显.结论:OLP患者的血小板聚集和血液流变学指标增强,提示OLP的发病机制和疾病演变与血小板聚集和血液流变学改变有关.

Research on platelet aggregation and hemorrheology of oral lichen planus

Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of platelet aggregation and hemorrheology on oral lichen planus (OLP).Method: by survey platelet aggregation and hemorrheology on activeduty and relaxation of the 65 patients with OLP (2565 years old) were studied,and the 30 nomal for contrast group .Result:On activeduty and relaxation of the 65 patients with 0LP, platelet aggregation (1,3,5 minute and the most) are significantly increased (P<0.01).The whole blood viscosity, plasmatic viscosity ,Erythrocyte Express Amass ,ESR ,Erythrocyte Aggregation Exponent and were markedly increased (P<0.05), which had statistical significance compared with the control group. On activeduty are significantly increased compared with relaxation.The Erythrocyte Rigidity Exponent, Erythrocyte Deformation Exponent were markedly chang.Conclusion:This results suggested that OLP is involved in many factors, platelet aggregation and hemorrheology are realeated with activeduty and relaxation ,and play an important role in pathogenesis of OLP.
