利凡诺引产的子宫内膜超微结构观察

摘    要:报告了利凡诺引产的子官内膜超微结构,蜕膜细胞发生退行性改变,以细胞核及线粒体之退变尤为显著。说明由于蜕膜细胞破坏,产生大量前列腺素,引起子宫收缩导致流产。水囊引产的蜕膜亦呈现退行性变,此与水囊造成长时的机械压迫导致细胞坏死有关;而电吸流产后之正常蜕膜并无上述变化。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of endometrium observed after rivanol induction indicated that degeneration occurred in deciduous cells, especially in nuclei and mitochondria. These changes may be responsible for the production of prostaglandin to cause uterine contractions and abortion. The same changes were also observed in the decidua from the induction with water-cyst, which produces a prolonged mechanical pressure and causes necrosis of cells. However, these changes were not found in the normal decidua obtained from artificial suction abortion.
