针刺对脑梗死患者高同型半胱氨酸血症干预性作用的临床研究

目的观察针刺疗法对脑梗死患者高同型半胱氨酸血症的影响。方法选择脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者76例,随机分为针刺组41例与西药组35例,分别于治疗前后采用脑卒中患者临床神经缺损程度评分标准评定,并用高效液相色谱结合荧光检测法检测血浆同型半胱氨酸含量。结果针刺组在调节血浆同型半胱氨酸含量上,与西药组比较,差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）,但是,针刺组在改善神经缺损程度方面明显优于西药组（P〈0.01）。结论针刺疗法能降低脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,且可提高生活质量。

Effect of acupuncture on cerebral infarction in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia high Interventionist role of the Clinical Research

Objective To observe the acupuncture therapy on cerebral infarction in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia high impact. Methods Cerebral infarction in patients with high homocysteine,76 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into acupuncture group,41 cases with the western medicine group of 35 cases,respectively,before and after treatment in patients with stroke neurological impairment assessment criteria,and use high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection assay of plasma homocysteine levels. Results The acupuncture group in the regulation of plasma homocysteine levels,the comparison with the western medicine group,no significant difference （P〉0. 05）,However,the acupuncture group in improving the degree of neurological defects are obviously superior to western medicine group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can reduce the cerebral infarction complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with plasma homocysteine levels,and can improve quality of life.
