摘    要:目的:探讨乙醇对大鼠胃粘膜主细胞的损伤及丹参提取物 F 的保护作用。方法:本实验首先采用 Pronase-EDTA 法分离出大鼠胃粘膜主细胞,然后观察乙醇对细胞的损伤作用及丹参提取物 F 对其的影响。结果:乙醇可使胃粘膜主细胞生存率下降和乳酸脱氢酶漏出增加,二者呈显著的负相关关系;丹参提取物 F 可减轻乙醇诱发的细胞生存率下降及乳酸脱氢酶漏出增加。结论:丹参提取物 F 对乙醇诱发的胃粘膜主细胞损伤具有直接的细胞保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study ethanol-induced injury to isolated gastric chief cells of rats and the protective effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae extract-F (RSME-F) on the cells.Methods:The chief cells of the gastric mucosa were separated with Pronase-EDTA method;then the ethanol-induced injury to the cells and the protective effect of RSME-F on the cells were studied.Results:Ethanol could cause a decline in cell survival rate,an increase in LDH release of gastric chief ceils, and a marked negative correlation between them.These changes caused by ethanol could be reduced by RSME-F.Conclu- sion:RSME-F has direct protective effect on the gastric with chief cells ethanol-induced injury.
