| 摘 要： | 目的 观察营养支持与呼吸操锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease ,COPD)患者生存质量的影响。 方法 74例COPD缓解期患者随机分为两组 ,1组为对照组 ,行一般饮食和肢体活动 ,2组为观察组 ,行营养支持并对其施行呼吸操锻炼。于治疗前及治疗后 3个月分别进行肺功能及生存质量评分。 结果 观察组较对照组在肺功能及活动耐力、心理状态、社会适应能力等方面均明显改善 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 营养支持与呼吸操锻炼能提高COPD患者的生存质量

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nutritional supporting treatment and respiratory training on quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) .Methods 74 COPD stable patients were randomly divided into two groups,group 1 was control.group 2 was observed with nutritional supporting and respiratory training.Pulmonary function and quality of life were measured at the beginning and 3 months after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the observed group showed significant improvement in pulmonary function and quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of COPD patients can be improved by nutritional supporting treatment and respiratory training. |
