伽玛刀治疗脑转移瘤46例临床分析

目的：伽玛刀是治疗脑转移瘤的一种途径，尤其对多发病灶者。方法：用伽玛刀治疗脑转移瘤随访１０个月以上者共４６例，其中单发２７例，多发１９例，共１０３个病灶。结果：脑转移瘤相对较小，而靶周边剂量相对较大者，完全缓解率较高。结论：无论单发及多发病灶伽玛刀治疗１年存活率均较开颅手术为高。多发病灶需配合全脑放疗及化疗，否则易产生新病灶，使病情进展。

The clinical analysis of Gamma knife radiosurgery for brain metastases tumor (46 cases reported)

Objective: To study the tratment of brain metastases, specially for multiple tumors. Methods: 46 patients with brain metastases tumor treated by Gamma knife wre followed up over 10 months, 27 patients had solitary tumors, 19 patients had multiple tumors, total 103 metastatic lesions were entered into our group. Results: If the lesions of solitary were smaller than 6 8(cm 2) and all multiple lesions were smaller than 3 5(cm 2) and the marginal dose to tumors were large than 20 Gy, the cure rate was dominantly high. Conclusion: One year survival rate of Gamma knife radio surgical treatment of the solitary lesions and the multiple lesions were more than open surgery's. Treatment of the multiple lesions need coordinate to whole brain irradiation and themotherapy, otherwise the patients would suffer from progerssive disease.
