CGMS在监测妊娠期女性的血糖漂移中的应用研究

目的探讨研究动态血糖监测系统CGMS在监测正常妊娠、正常非妊娠女性、妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平中的应用。方法2008～2009年间30例研究对象按照身体状况被分为正常妊娠组、正常对照组、GDM组各10例,使用动态血糖监测系统监测72h血糖。结果正常妊娠组和GDM组在孕周及分娩周数、新生儿体重相比无明显差别,但孕后GCT1h血糖、OGTT血糖值均低于GDM组;而正常对照组与正常妊娠组间各时间段血糖比较无统计学意义,但两组各时间段的血糖值均显著低于GDM组。三组间的血糖峰值时间各不相同。结论CGMS可以提供完整的血糖波动资料,准确性高。同时CGMS因其可以连续佩戴3d,因而发现血糖异常的机更大、敏感性更高,因此可以作为妊娠期血糖监测的良好手段。

Application of Continuous Glucose Monitoring System in blood sugar monitoring on Pregnant Women

Objective To discuss and evaluate the application of continuous glucose monitoring system in blood sugar monitoring on pregnant women.Methods 30 women had been chosen and divided into three groups as individual situation,such as control group,normal OGTT group and GDM group.All objects were evaluated for 72 consecutive hours with CGMS.Results Normal OGTT group had no statistic difference with GDM group on pregnant week/pregnancy week/baby weight,but difference existed on GCT blood sugar and OGT blood sugar.Control group and normal OGTT group had no statistic difference on blood sugar of each period but the two groups were lower than GDM group.The peak time of blood sugar was all different during 3 groups.Conclusion CGMS can provide complete information on blood glucose fluctuation with high accuracy.GCMS can be used for 72 hours continuously,so there will be more probabilities to find blood sugar abnormal.GCMS can be used as a useful way to make blood sugar monitoring during pregnancy.
